We loved staying at this hotel. The location close to the park was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking around this amazing park-like setting in the center of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of fresh fruits, yogurt, cheese, and juice. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we appreciate the fact that we had free water bottles in our room.

Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Rosaline. The hotel is centrally located on one of the most important streets of Ufa.

The room was really tiny, so was the bathroom. I felt like guests were packed into rooms like they were sardines in a can! Because of that, you could hear all the rooms around you, so getting some sleep was a real problem on some nights. And finally, the bed was very small and uncomfortable as well.

The receptionists were very helpful and spoke good english, nice area too, close to Art Cafe and park. Easy to aqccess various parts of Ufa. Taxi service company chosen was excellant and very good price.

Room got heated by sun and couldn`t cool it. No air con. Rust came from tap on day one , after fine. Breakfast was not really very good.

The lobby is spacious and bright. the staff was very welcoming and helpful. In terms of location, it is in the heart of the city and close to many attractions. the breakfast was quite enjoyable and had a lot of variety. I also appreciated the modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds.

The internet connection was very slow and unreliable. the TV channels were limited, and the picture quality was subpar.
